About this role
Role Overview
Extract, analyze and distribute periodic performance reports at multiple levels
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, ensuring leadership has real-time data for decision making
Reconcile and monitor performance indicators, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce CRM
Participate in training for sales teams, ensuring correct use of the tool and the quality of entered data
Map system workflows to optimize sales conversion
Perform technical verification of licenses for products marketed by the company
Support the monthly close
Validate closing reports to ensure achieved targets comply with business rules
Respond to ad-hoc requests from leadership and provide analytical support for planning new targets and incentive campaigns
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
Intermediate/Advanced Excel: Proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables and analysis of large data volumes
Salesforce: Solid knowledge of the platform (report creation, dashboards and user/object management)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in calculating commercial KPIs and in telecommunications
Skill in developing reports and dashboards
Familiarity with variable compensation and incentive processes
Behavioral profile:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive with good communication skills
Team player with strategic alignment
