About this role
Role Overview
- Prepare detailed analyses and proposals for prospective clients by gathering and interpreting plan sponsor investment and current fee data
- Provide administrative support including activities with third-party recordkeepers and distribution of recurring plan investment reviews
- Analyze target markets and identify potential new business opportunities
- Assist in fee processing, invoice creation/distribution, and timely collection of advisory fees
- Provide timely updates and maintain accurate information in the CRM system
- Support meeting preparation, sales events, travel, and expense reimbursements
- Help onboard new Advisors / retirement staff and update onboarding materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Business Administration/Management, Economics, or Finance
- 3-5 years within the financial services industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe suite
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Understanding of financial services products, particularly related to retirement plans and investment products and services
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
