Role Overview
- Work with the Corporate team to understand day-to-day duties and responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of the business and function within real estate
- Familiarize with Company applications and complete training programs
- Work closely with senior team members on various reports and analysis
- Collaborate on special projects and build relationships with other teams
- Create documentation outlining processes and programs
- Conduct research and prepare assessments
- Complete Capstone Project and Presentation
- Participate in Intern Program events
Requirements
- Students currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year undergraduate degree program
- Interest in a career in the real estate industry
- Practical experience in finance, marketing, information technology, communications, development, construction, investment, accounting, and other lines of business.
