Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow products, custom applications, and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, flow, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, service portals, workspaces, and integrations with external systems.
Ensure ServiceNow platform stability, scalability, performance, and security.
Ensure architectural standards, best practices, and governance are followed for ServiceNow implementations.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and testing of products and features.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements to ServiceNow.
Document technical solutions, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and architecture.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD, EC Pro, EA, PPM and/or Agile 2.0.
Proven track record designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in large enterprise environments.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web technologies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Nice to have Strong experience Discovery, Service Mapping, and managing CMDB
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party platforms and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and advising stakeholders.
