Clinical Business Finance Officer – Senior Advisor

Role Overview

• Provide strategic counsel and consultative advisory support to senior clinical leadership
• Lead and participate in highly complex clinical financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Translate clinical strategy and enterprise priorities into actionable financial insights
• Develop and manage enterprise-level clinical financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-range planning models
• Analyze drivers of financial and clinical performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Develop executive-ready analyses, scorecards, and presentations
• Continuously improve modeling methodologies and analytical frameworks
• Support evaluation of clinical investments, care models, and vendor partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, MD, or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of progressive experience in healthcare financial analysis, strategy, or advisory roles
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior clinical or medical leadership preferred
• Strong experience with complex financial and clinical modeling across multiple businesses
• Healthcare or health services enterprise experience required
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
