Installation, configuration and support of hardware and software solutions
Monitoring and optimization of the system landscape with regard to performance and security
Management of user accounts and permissions in MS Active Directory
Troubleshooting and resolution in 1st
and 2nd-level support
Planning and implementation of IT projects as well as further development of the IT environment

Completed training as an IT specialist or degree in computer science, system administration or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in IT administration
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, networking technologies and virtualization (e.g. VMware)
Experience with firewalls, backup solutions and IT security concepts
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills, team spirit and initiative
