Define technical solutions during studies, tenders, projects, new product developments
Set the technical direction for the RLWI Value Stream
Practice Lean methodology
Ensure projects meet regulatory, industry and customer requirements
Safeguard the intellectual property (IP) within the Value Stream
Oversee training materials and product information availability
Align technical operations with strategic goals, cost efficiency, and industry standards

BSs/MSc (Petroleum/Subsea/Marine/Mechanical as relevant)
7-10 years of the relevant experience in leading engineering, technical expert roles
Offshore experience is nice to have
Expert level in system and discipline knowledge
Strong product and design knowledge, cost awareness
Strong knowledge of business processes, engineering tools, standards and codes
Competitors, customers and suppliers awareness
Experience in FEED/Studies/Tenders, project engineering execution
Operational knowledge of products outside own product family
Skilled in technical leadership
Experienced in coaching engineering on technical issues
Capable of solving complex technical issues
Capable of leading remote engineering activities
