Experience as a Mid-level SAP HCM Consultant with focus on Payroll and Compensation.
Experience configuring payroll and benefits in SAP.
Experience in SAP HR/HCM projects (implementation, rollout or improvements).
Knowledge of Mexican payroll implementation.
Ability to conduct requirements gathering and integrated testing.
Intermediate or advanced Spanish for client interaction.
Availability to work as a contractor (PJ) and remotely.
Prior experience in projects across Latin America.
Knowledge of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM modules.
Experience with eSocial or other countries' labor legislation.
Experience in SAP consultancies or multicultural projects.
