About this role
Role Overview
- Receive and analyze client and agency briefings
- Prepare quotes for talent for events, campaigns and social media activations
- Send tailored proposals (deadlines, scope and terms)
- Conduct strategic follow-ups until closing
- Negotiate under pressure using persuasion techniques
- Maintain control of the sales funnel in CRM and spreadsheets
- Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in consultative sales
- Residence in São Paulo or Greater São Paulo
- Mandatory experience in the artistic/speakers sector
- Experience in talent budgeting and negotiation
- Previous experience at agencies, production companies, or event firms
- Familiarity with image rights, campaign timelines, logistics and BV
- Proficiency with email, Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive and video conferencing
