Role Overview
- Define, govern, and evolve enterprise-wide architecture strategy
- Serve as a senior architectural authority during deal evaluation and post-close stabilization
- Lead technology landscape assessments and design integration strategies
- Collaborate with senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles
- 4+ years leading technology due diligence and/or integration architecture in M&A environments
- Proven experience across the full M&A lifecycle
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks
- Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and risk assessment frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
