Bachelor's Degree with 9 years prior telecommunications systems design experience
Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Experience in design of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems (P25, DMR, LTE, etc)
Experience in managing a cross-functional team virtually with geographically dispersed team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to accommodate multiple projects
Self-directed and willing to take initiative.
