Assist the Attorney and other team members in preparing pleadings, motions, petitions, etc.
Perform legal research in relation to litigation matters.
Organize and maintain case files.
Prepare legal documents and file them with various courts.
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor court hearing dates and deadlines.
Understand court procedures and access local rules.
Track hourly billable time worked as required.
Manage client compliance requirements in a timely manner.

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage‑servicing operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated customer‑service skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access.
