Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Experience designing and building software using Java and object oriented programming.
Strong skills in API design, platform development, and component services.
Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver effective solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development practices.
Familiarity with CI and CD pipelines and automated testing.
Ability to write clear, well structured documentation and maintain coding standards.
Experience working across teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to support and guide engineers to deliver strong results.
