- Welcoming, analyzing and recording technical requests for our DXR (Diagnostic X Ray) solutions
- Performing remote diagnostics to efficiently resolve incidents
- Creating and tracking Work Orders
- Handling complaints and security-related escalations
- Contributing to knowledge development by writing, updating and submitting knowledge base articles
- Participating in the management of small projects
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in an engineering, medical, or scientific environment
- Excellent writing skills and advanced proficiency in technical documentation
- Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems remotely
- Proven aptitude for collaborative work
- Initial experience in a role involving direct customer interaction
