Handling files for sole proprietors
Filing and updating declarations of beneficial owners
Maintaining and updating general meeting records and shareholders’ registers
Drafting engagement letters
Preparing and following up on formalities for companies and sole proprietors with the Guichet Unique (single registration portal)
Ensuring the formalities for documents prepared on behalf of our clients, mainly microenterprises (TPE) and SMEs
Requirements
Higher legal qualification (BTS/DUT
Bac+3) with a specialization in corporate law
Proven experience in a law firm or accounting practice in a similar position
Team player
Curiosity, rigor, conscientiousness and enthusiasm
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
