Strategic Collaborator: Partner with Product Owners to align the backlog.
Documentation Guru: Define and maintain team backlog content.
Stakeholder Liaison: Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to communicate requirements.
Test-Driven Development Advocate: Define and validate acceptance criteria for Test Driven Development.
Lead demonstrations to stakeholders, reporting on software iteration results.

U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a background investigation.
Educational Background: College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven Experience: Minimum of five (5+) years’ experience as a business analyst on iterative software development projects.
Agile Enthusiast: Familiarity with SAFe and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Technical Background: SAP or Software development background.
Certified Professional: Certified Business Analysis Professional, Agile or Scrum Master Certification, Certified SAFe Product Owner.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.
