7+ years of digital product management experience
Experience supporting large, distributed employee populations
Strong focus on simplicity, scalability, uptime, and cost efficiency in workplace technology decisions
Experience with end user compute (Windows/macOS, laptops, VDI/DaaS, mobile, peripherals)
Experience partnering with operations and service teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
