Role Overview
- Take ownership of how data is defined, structured and used at HomeQ
- Working hands-on with SQL, data models and analytics tools
- Define and align KPIs across product and business
- Improve tracking and data quality
- Ensure initiatives and experiments are measurable, tracked and followed up
- Support teams in using data to make better decisions
- Drive improvements in tracking and data quality together with engineering
- Build and maintain scalable data models that enable reliable, consistent analysis
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering
- Confidence in working with SQL and data models
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers
- Familiarity with BI and analytics tools like Metabase or Amplitude
- The ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive initiatives forward
- Its a bonus if you have experience working with data governance or GDPR.
