About this role

Support clients in meeting complex global environmental regulations with a focus on EPR requirements
Produce high-quality compliance reports and provide expert guidance to clients
Conduct in-depth research into evolving environmental legislation worldwide
Liaise with national enforcement agencies across EU Member States and internationally
Manage client registrations and submissions of product, battery, and packaging data to regulators and recycling schemes
Work with Sphera’s EC4P platform to help clients minimize environmental impacts at end-of-life

Degree in science, engineering, technology, law, or a related technical discipline (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
Strong analytical and research skills, with excellent report writing ability
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems and tools
Excellent time management, organisational, and interpersonal skills
A collaborative team player who responds well to feedback
Prior experience or knowledge of EPR regulations (WEEE, Packaging, Batteries) is desirable
