Lead end-to-end projects (briefing → production → delivery)
Create schedules and ensure all stages comply with brand requirements and Pop's quality standards
Coordinate filmmakers, editors, and the creative team, and manage their internal touchpoints
Negotiate, hire, and manage partner billing for vendors such as casting agencies, influencer agencies, actors, art directors, makeup artists, and others
Oversee and ensure set build and strike according to each video's briefing
Ensure creative consistency and final quality
Facilitate and ensure smooth communication between Pop's creative team, agencies, and clients
Identify opportunities for optimization and scaling
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Act effectively in crisis situations, responding quickly to negative feedback and proactively resolving issues
Manage procurement of props
Ensure receipt and return of client products
Requirements
5+ years in pre-production and production of audiovisual content
Experience in social media and digital production
Strong organizational and project management skills
Hybrid profile (creative + operational)
Excellent communication
Fully familiar with social-first formats (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok) and the interaction styles of each platform
Curator of platform trends
Experience working with creators/influencers
