Support the implementation of the WPS Data and AI strategies through the design and delivery of analytical products, use cases and data-driven solutions.
Translate strategic objectives into tangible insight, automation and AI enabled capabilities that improve decision quality, efficiency and outcomes.
Identify opportunities to apply analytics, automation and AI to Workplace data to create capacity and improve performance.
Design, build and maintain data products that provide clear, decision ready insight for operational and senior stakeholders.
Develop repeatable analytical outputs supporting portfolio optimisation, service performance, utilisation and cost management.
Contribute to the ongoing development of KPIs, measures and performance frameworks across Workplace Solutions.
Ensure insight outputs are well structured, clearly communicated and aligned to decision needs.
Drive evidence-based decision making across Workplace Solutions by supporting requirements gathering, user training and adoption through the development and co-creation of data and insight products.
Support the migration and optimisation of Workplace data onto centralised, enterprise grade data platforms.
Work in partnership with Technology and system owners to improve data pipelines, models, integrations and backend data structures.
Own analytical delivery from data ingestion and transformation through to modelling, insight generation and consumption.
Design and deliver automation and AI ready solutions that improve speed, consistency and scalability of reporting and analysis.
Ensure existing Workplace data products, dashboards and reporting operate accurately, reliably and on time.
Maintain appropriate documentation, data ownership, controls and auditability across analytical products.
Monitor data quality and resolve issues in collaboration with Technology and system owners.
Apply a disciplined approach to quality and control as new capabilities transition into BAU operation.
Work closely with other WPS Data Analysts to ensure consistent standards, tooling and analytical approaches.
Collaborate with colleagues across Workplace Solutions, Finance, HR and Technology to embed data and AI led ways of working.
Requirements
Experience working in a data, analytics or insight role within a large, complex organisation in a cross functional capacity
Strong hands-on capability across different roles that include data analysis, data engineering and analytical product delivery
Strong experience with TSQL, Pyspark or similar capabilities for data extraction, transformation, data modelling and analysis
Strong experience using Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate and Databricks
Experience in delivering new ideas and processes, using technical expertise to make progress towards departmental delivery
Experience delivering change through data, analytics or AI, alongside maintaining operational reliability
Ability to translate complex data and analytical concepts into clear, decision ready insight for nontechnical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to data quality, governance and control.
Experience supporting or delivering data and AI strategies (desirable)
Familiarity with workplace, property, facilities management or corporate operations data (desirable)
Experience using APIs to extract and model data (desirable)
Experience in app development (desirable)
