Role Overview
- Follow up inbound leads promptly via phone, text, and other channels
- Qualify prospective clients and gather initial details
- Book appointments for lawyers and other team members
- Attend client meetings with lawyers
- Assist in preparation of relevant initial emails and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of lead status and communication history
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs for outreach activity and conversion
- Maintain availability during rostered hours, including rotating weekend shifts
- Assist with basic admin and legal assistant tasks during quieter periods
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral/minimal accent
- Natural phone manner — confident, warm, and persuasive
- Sales-oriented mindset with a desire to promote and close
- Highly organized and able to follow up persistently
- Reliable, available during rostered hours including rotating weekends
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or customer intake role (Preferred)
- Exposure to legal services, personal injury, or professional services environments (Preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or practice management software (Preferred)
- Interest in AI tools and workflow automation (Preferred)
