Role Overview
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the logistics, freight, and supply chain industries
- Engage with French-speaking decision-makers and articulate the company’s value proposition
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to activity levels and pipeline generation
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B outbound sales
- Experience selling in logistics, freight, supply chain, or SaaS is highly preferred
- Strong cold calling, email outreach, and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
