Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across CEE, Baltics, Nordics and Portugal (e.g. ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce and technology partners)
Own and grow the regional partner portfolio, building long-term, trusted relationships
Develop and execute regional partnership strategies aligned with overall company goals
Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and joint go-to-market initiatives
Manage the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, activation, performance tracking, and optimization
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to ensure successful partner execution
Drive partner-led revenue and monitor KPIs such as pipeline contribution, activation rate, and ROI
Act as point of contact for partners in the assigned regions
Monitor local market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
Proven experience working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical and data-driven approach to performance tracking
Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
