Role Overview
- Lead a team of software engineers in the Trades and Asset Servicing Technology team

- Ensure stability of high-volume legacy systems while transitioning to a cloud-native platform
- Collaborate with Product leaders to advocate for platform outcomes
Requirements
- Over 10 years in software engineering
- 5 years in a leadership role at a FinTech or Tier-1 Investment bank
- Skilled in modern programming languages and frameworks (AWS, Oracle RDS, Java, Kafka)
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, EKS, Docker, Jenkins, Udeploy, GitHub, Stash, Artifactory, Terraform
- Maintained 99.99% availability for large-scale systems
- Agile experience, along with Jira and Jira Align preferred
- Data-focused, adept at identifying and removing impediments
