Serve as an Engagement Manager for port and terminal opportunities in the Spanish Market
Be aware of industry technical requirements, trends and opportunities
Leads and manages the preparation of design documents, calculation reports, and specifications for waterfront/marine civil site development
Plan, schedule work, and complete work assignments within established budget and timelines
Mentor and assist junior engineers in developing final design plans
Determine project costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs
Creates feasibility study by analysing engineering design and assembling data
Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as necessary

Requirements
University degree in transportation planning, or a degree in civil, marine, or mechanical engineering
15 years’ experience with similar engagements
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with competence in managing projects, budgets, proposal writing, and coordination with clients
Experience in maritime development projects; required
Strong communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills are a must
An entrepreneurial “can do” attitude with an ability to work toward solutions
