About this role
Role Overview
Lead the monthly activity status: consolidate metrics, prepare summaries and review materials.
Prepare materials for client visits and committees (service reviews, steering committee/COPIL, operational committee/COMOP): present KPIs, key events, action plans and risks.
Manage and monitor activity-related emails (client requests, pain points, internal inquiries): perform initial triage and coordinate responses with the team.
Help identify, consolidate and track client pain points, keep the associated action plan up to date and follow up with contributors.
Draft, update and structure processes, procedures and operating instructions (run, committee governance, incident/request management, change management, etc.).
Assist the outsourcing/managed services contract manager in tracking committee governance: prepare agendas, meeting minutes, decisions and action plans.
Participate in billing follow-up: prepare and verify variable billing elements, reconcile orders/services, monitor outstanding items and raise alerts in case of discrepancies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of service management processes (standardization, data quality, reporting, documentation).
Requirements
Master’s-level student (Bac+5 or equivalent) in a business school, university, engineering school or specialized institution, with a specialization in project management, information systems, organizational management or equivalent.
Strong interest in IT services, managed services (outsourcing), client relationship management and contract/service delivery management.
Comfortable with numbers and dashboard tracking (Excel, metrics, billing, budget monitoring).
Excellent written and summarization skills in French; good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
