IDM Manager – Business Reference Data Management

Role Overview

• Lead the implementation of methodologies and configuration management within your domain
• Oversee the "business reference data management" activities
• Represent maintenance in the creation of reference datasets and configuration change dossiers
• Manage the initialization, updating, and verification of reference datasets in business information systems
• Organize and facilitate technical committees for your area of responsibility
• Contribute to the configuration management of assets/installations and ensure the consistency of technical data
• Analyze business data, measure performance, and propose areas for improvement
• Participate in technology watch and in developing the team's skills
• Provide expert advisory and technical support to maintenance teams
• Support the operation of the GIGP division and help sustain the quality, safety, and environmental management system

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operational maintenance and/or maintenance engineering
• Experience with the data model and features of the MAXIMO software is desirable
• Experience managing business reference data and implementing maintenance methodologies
• Business data analysis and configuration management skills
• Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental management
• Proficiency in CMMS principles and document management systems (DMS/GED)
• Knowledge of integrated logistic support methods
