About this role
Role Overview
- Take ownership of user acceptance testing and drive quality across the delivery pipeline.
- Support the UAT QA team within the Implementation side of Technology Operations.
- Build and improve test cases and automation.
- Evaluate, analyze, and execute quality assurance activities.
- Ensure high-quality delivery that meets client needs across multiple products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience leading or mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Python).
- Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Playwright).
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, and HTTP methods.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Experience with Jira for task tracking and management.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated team player, able to work with distributed teams and meet tight deadlines.
