About this role

You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You assist in identifying new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and in price negotiations with vendors and service providers
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in execution
You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows
Together we help them work in a future-focused way and create new opportunities beyond being an artist

At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing and online marketing
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, prior experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
Practical experience in interpersonal communication
