You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create new proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in execution
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, coordinate their assignments, and ensure their well‑being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows

1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing
A keen interest in and an eye for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
