Define and own the IGA product vision and roadmap, aligned to Vanguard’s Zero Trust strategy and enterprise risk priorities
Drive modernization of IGA capabilities, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, entitlements, and policy enforcement
Own and prioritize the IGA product backlog, balancing regulatory requirements, risk reduction, operational efficiency, and user experience
Partner with IAM engineering to deliver scalable, API driven, and automation first solutions
Identify and drive opportunities to eliminate manual governance processes through automation and orchestration
Serve as the primary IGA product interface to cybersecurity, compliance, audit, HR, application owners, and global IAM operations
Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders
Ensure IGA capabilities meet regulatory and audit requirements, including SOX, SOC, and enterprise control standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager owning complex platforms or internal products
Strong ability to define vision, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes through cross‑functional teams
Solid understanding of workforce IAM and IGA concepts, including: Joiner / Mover / Leaver lifecycle, Access requests and approvals, Access certifications, Roles, entitlements, and SoD, Identity governance controls and audit evidence
Ability to partner deeply with engineers on APIs, integrations, workflows, and data models
Experience using metrics and analytics to drive product decisions and measure success
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Bachelor’s degree in technology, Engineering, or related field.
10 years of experience in product management, IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms
Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.
