Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience per business needs.
4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or a related area with a bachelor's degree; 3+ years with a master's degree; or 0 years with a PhD.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Advanced understanding of supply and demand analysis methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to execute disciplined processes and meet deadlines with precision.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external suppliers.
