Lead the design and development of next-generation deployment orchestration workflows using Docker, containers, Kubernetes (on-prem) on RHEL, Ubuntu, and hybrid cloud environments
Architect, implement, and enhance CI/CD/CT pipelines to accelerate high-quality software releases
Modernize legacy build systems and support migration from TFS to Git/Azure DevOps
Build and manage artifact management workflows using JFrog Artifactory and modern package tools (NuGet, npm, etc.)
Drive automation of installers and deployment workflows (MSI/WiX, containerized installers, secure package distribution)
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform, Ansible etc. for resource provisioning and automation
Develop, maintain, and optimize build and release pipelines for radiotherapy products, cybersecurity packages, and DoD deliverables
Collaborate with development, QE/QA, operations teams to troubleshoot deployment issues and improve uptime
Requirements
Bachelors in engineering/CS (8+ years' experience) or Master’s (6+ years)
8+ years of professional software development or DevOps experience
Strong proficiency in C++, C#, Python, Batch/PowerShell scripting
Hands-on experience with Microsoft builds and release tooling (MS Build, Azure DevOps, TFS, or Jenkins/TeamCity)
Strong understanding of SCM tools: Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket
Experience with JFrog Artifactory/Nexus, SQL & NoSQL databases
Ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines on-prem and in cloud environments
Hands-on experience with Windows Installer (MSI), WiX 3.x/4.x/5.x
Familiarity with static code analysis tools (Coverity, Blackduck, SonarQube)
Professional knowledge of cloud concepts and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS)
