As the Software Engineer, GTM at Parloa, you will reimagine how our Go-To-Market organization operates by building the systems, tools, and workflows that power it.
This is not a role focused on configuring SaaS tools or maintaining existing systems. You will design and build custom solutions from the ground up that directly improve how GTM operates across the full lifecycle.
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and GTM leadership to identify high-impact problems and turn them into working systems.
You will build across our stack, which includes TypeScript, Node.js, Python, React, NoSQL databases, and modern AI tooling, to create internal tools, integrations, and automated workflows.
You will partner directly with our Lead Engineer for Special Projects to solve problems and ship quickly.
You will use AI as a core part of your development process, moving rapidly from idea to prototype to production.
