Lead design work from concept through execution across branding, collateral, and digital applications
Translate creative briefs and strategic direction into thoughtful, on-brand visual systems
Develop stylescapes, moodboards, and brand explorations that clearly communicate creative direction
Execute logo design, brand identity systems, and supporting collateral with a high level of craft
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across brand, marketing, and web experiences
Present work internally and to clients, articulating design decisions with clarity and confidence
Apply feedback thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity of the creative direction
Support quality control across deliverables to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards
Contribute to the evolution of Poetic’s creative output through new ideas, references, and design exploration
Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to elevate team output
Requirements
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to connect strategy to design
A refined design sensibility with attention to typography, color, and layout systems
Experience building brands from the ground up, including identity systems and visual frameworks
Confidence in presenting and discussing creative work with both internal teams and clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a broader team
Thoughtful approach to feedback, iteration, and creative problem-solving
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
A flexible acknowledgement of the ever-changing needs of both agency and real-estate sectors as it relates to workflows, trends, and prioritization of tasks
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience working across both print and digital formats
Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, or similar tools is a plus
5–8+ years of professional design experience is preferred
Background in real estate, branding, agency, or multi-client environments preferred
Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution across a range of brand applications.
