Identify, prospect, and engage the right targets: Recruitment Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders, etc. (HR Directors where applicable)
Use your network to quickly generate qualified opportunities
Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles: qualification, demonstrations, managing POCs in partnership with our CSM team and deployment, negotiation, and closing
Tailor messaging and value propositions to the specific challenges of large enterprise accounts
Work closely with Tech and Product teams to evolve the platform and the go-to-market strategy based on field feedback
Build the sales team as the vertical develops
Requirements
Proven experience (8+ years) in complex B2B sales, with a strong track record on long sales cycles (6–12 months)
Successful experience selling solutions and services (ideally SaaS) to large enterprises, particularly in the recruitment space
Strong professional network among decision-makers at major accounts (CAC40 and SBF120)
A natural closer: you consistently convert opportunities into signed deals
Entrepreneurial, builder mindset: you enjoy starting from scratch, testing, learning, iterating, and—above all—delivering results quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
