About this role

Support the origination and structuring of corporate lending transactions
Oversee a team of junior and senior bankers in the Portfolio Management team
Provide ongoing risk management support to the Group Head of Corporate Banking GFIG
Complete due diligence and credit analysis on new and existing client relationships
Monitors client, client industry and regulatory agencies for potential changes
Provide outstanding deal structuring and business development expertise
Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in corporate banking
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting preferred
MBA, CFA or equivalent experience in financial services preferred
Relevant Financial Institutions sector experience is highly desired
Excellent knowledge of organizational lending and portfolio management policies and objectives
Managerial, change management and leadership experience
Exceptional analytical skills
Must have expert verbal and written communication skills
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills
Expert influence and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-group collaboration
