About this role
Role Overview
- Own the strategy and roadmap for complex supply chain platforms (e.g., forecasting, supplier ordering, or transportation).
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear, actionable user stories, personas, and acceptance tests for engineering teams.
- Define key performance indicators (OKRs), run experiments, and utilize A/B testing to measure product success and adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Commercial, Logistics, and Data Science to align priorities and dependencies.
- Steer sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product discovery to deliver maximum business value with minimal effort.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5
- 8 years of experience in supply chain product management in Planning or Execution
- Previous experience in Retail Demand Planning & Forecasting, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation & Logistics, Order Management, Returns Management (Reverse Logistics), Supply Chain Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Strong proficiency in interpreting data to inform decisions.
- Experience with JIRA or GitHub is highly desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, and influence engineering teams.
