Lead the design, development, and scaling of Agentic AI and enterprise automation products
Define and lead enterprise-wide Agentic AI and automation products
Identify high-value use cases where AI agents can replace, augment, or orchestrate workflows
Drive adoption of multi-agent systems, copilots, and autonomous workflows across functions
Own the lifecycle: ideation → prototype → MVP → production → scale
Build POCs, prototypes, and pilots using modern AI tools
Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade standards (scalability, reliability)
Manage risks related to autonomy, compliance, and operational impact

5+ years in product management, including AI/ML products
Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or automation solutions
Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM applications, or workflow automation platforms
Hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, automations, or POCs
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks
Familiarity with cloud (Azure, AI Foundry, Databricks), APIs, microservices, and multi-agent systems
Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, finance) is also good to have.
