Proven product management experience
Delivery experience, including working with change activities
Solid experience working with data, including data analysis, interpretation, and presentation, with a good understanding of governance and risk forums
Strategic mindset, with the ability to support the development of product and proposition strategies
Experience within the financial services industry
Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining products within a regulated environment
Experience supporting product governance, including risk and compliance requirements
Great ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business
Customer focused approach, with a commitment to delivering positive customer outcomes
Experience within the insurance sector
Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Familiarity with agile ways of working
