Selling Home and Contents insurance to customers, having great conversations to understand their needs and requirements.
Identifying opportunities to cross sell and up sell our product line, based on customers' needs.
Speaking to existing customers and resolving their queries, through both phone and email.
You will have individual targets, which you are accountable for achieving. These are balanced between sales, quality and customer satisfaction while managing your time.
You will become an expert in our technical products and our IT systems.
Participating in weekly team meetings and huddles to discuss problem solving, as well as reviewing your individual and team performance.
Working with other teams across the contact centre to provide good outcomes for our customers and Hiscox.
Our trainers will spend 3 weeks helping you build your knowledge of our products and systems. The training is varied and includes online and self-learning.
After training, you will move into an Academy to further strengthen your skills for another 4 weeks.

Sales experience is desirable, as well as previous experience in hitting targets.
You enjoy speaking to people and providing a great customer experience is important to you.
You work well in autonomous environment and enjoy taking on extra responsibilities as you grow into the role.
You are driven, highly productive and a team player, who is receptive to feedback and always striving to improve.
