- Communicate directly with candidates to provide a more personalized, human-centered service;
- Create, consolidate and manage KPIs for service efficiency and quality;
Requirements
- Ownership mindset: people who can take full responsibility for a pillar of major importance to Gupy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset;
- Advanced Excel;
- Availability for 6 hours per day, with a flexible schedule;
- Some experience with programming and/or website development is a plus.
