Role Overview
- Build and maintain forecasting models and tools.
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with demand planners and analysts to gather insights and inputs.
- Conduct back-testing and support tool setup.
- Ensure timely and accurate forecast generation.
- Drive adoption of statistical forecasting methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- 2+ years of experience in demand modeling (time series/statistical/ML).
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Fluent in English.
