Targeted reduction of internal technical complexity and strengthening of stability, resilience, and maintainability to sustainably increase productivity.
Making well-founded architecture and platform decisions and further developing technical standards (modularization, interfaces, security, Infrastructure as Code).
Early integration of non-functional requirements such as observability, performance, scalability, security, and deployment during scoping.
Providing technical support to product managers in discovery and prioritization processes and explaining complex technical contexts in an understandable way.
Expanding and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and establishing Clean Code practices, code reviews, and automated tests (unit & system tests) with a clear shift-left mindset.

Innovative spirit & technological foresight
Solid understanding of the possibilities and limitations of AI in an enterprise context.
Strong development know-how
Ideally experience with Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ.
Basic openness to new technologies.
Practical experience with Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests (unit & system tests).
Product-oriented working style and the ability to translate discovery outcomes into clear, structured technical solutions.
Audience-appropriate communication of complex technical matters
including to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize requirements in a structured and transparent way according to (business) impact and effort.
Open, clear, and inspiring leadership
especially during periods of change.
English at least C1 (team), German at least B2 (stakeholders).
