Requirements

Solid understanding of the possibilities and limitations of AI in an enterprise context.
Strong development know-how
Ideally experience with Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ.
Basic openness to new technologies.
Practical experience with Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests (unit & system tests).
Product-oriented working style and the ability to translate discovery outcomes into clear, structured technical solutions.
Audience-appropriate communication of complex technical matters
including to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize requirements in a structured and transparent way according to (business) impact and effort.
Open, clear, and inspiring leadership
especially during periods of change.
English at least C1 (team), German at least B2 (stakeholders).
