Develops, documents and maintains standardized, efficient, and innovative processes, tools, methodologies, and performance metrics to streamline the software engineering lifecycle and enable continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of safety critical software
Automates, develops, monitors, improves, and troubleshoots across software engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration processes, and security controls
Analyzes, plans, and executes mitigation strategies to prevent potential security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
Implements an environment that enables high levels of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization
Supports collaboration with cross functional teams to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software engineering systems
Implements current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulations in the software engineering DevSecOps environment
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to Obtain U.S. Secret (Interim Pre-Start) which the U.S. Government requires
5+ years of experience with CI/CD and configuration management with release processes
2+ years of experience developing and managing metrics
Level 4: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 9+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 13+ years of directly related work experience OR 17+ years of related, relevant experience
Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
2+ years of experience working with agile teams and agile software development
Cloud Service Provider Official Certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solution Architect, etc.)
Secret Security Clearance
Final Post Start & Special Program Access
Experience in government or military programs and regulatory/compliance standard familiarity
