Designs, develops, and oversees the implementation of complex systems and infrastructure solutions through a program modernization effort across various Ground test environments and operational facilities.
Ensures the system architecture aligns with the program’s operational requirements.
Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
Resolves cross-functional technical issues.
Interfaces with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external customers.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience with systems engineering
1+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering project or team
Experience with Systems Design and Architecture
Experience with system integration, testing, and troubleshooting
Experience creating and documenting test plans/procedures, executing tests, analyzing results, and/or creating test reports
Experience in Ground System systems engineering, including requirements analysis, design, and operation
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an adjudicated CI/FS polygraph
