Manage daily operations of the Risk function, fostering a culture of connectivity and recognition for an assigned team of remote Risk Managers.
Engage with the cross-functional business leaders in the assigned Region to ensure an understanding of the regional goals and your Risk Management team’s role in achieving important business outcomes.
Represent PURE Risk Management in various interactions, including PURE360 disputes with members, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
Collaboration with our Training Lead to develop technical, member experience and operational proficiency skillsets.
Facilitate clear and open communication with your direct reports, Risk Management and Regional leadership.
Engage with team to recognize achievements and foster team connectivity in a remote environment.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree is required.
5+ years of Risk Management and/or high net worth residential property experience.
Prior leadership or coaching/developing individuals preferred.
Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
Strong relationship management and customer service/experience background.
Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail, analytical and solid problem-solving skills; proficient in web applications.
Travel within the Region for PURE 360s and field staff up to 50% of time is expected.
