College Degree in business, management, or related business field or equivalent
15+ years leading in financial services or related industry at a senior operating level
Deep foundational practice management background, advanced teaming structure and coaching experience
Results oriented; coaches others to success and drives towards goals
Credible expert in building and growing successful team practices
Experience in leading, coaching and partnering with others
Strategic enterprise-level leadership skills
Experience with effectively leading through change
Knowledge of advice, insurance products, asset/wealth management, fee-based planning, mutual funds and securities
Advanced designation, such as the CFP, CLF, ChFC or CLU
Ability to travel as needed
FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 or 66 required or obtained within 90 days of hire
State insurance licensed and appointed for life, health, accident and variable products in all states in which FAs transact business or attained within 90 days of hire.
