Provide coaching, shadowing, and skill-building opportunities to strengthen team capability.
Lead assessment workshops, challenge sessions, and risk-acceptance discussions.
Design key risk indicators (KRIs) and data-quality measures to monitor control effectiveness.
Coordinate responses to audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries related to data governance.
Maintain documentation and testing evidence to demonstrate compliance posture.
Author executive summaries and risk narratives for governance committees.
Identify innovation opportunities and advocate automation or AI-based control testing where feasible.

High School Diploma or GED
8+ years experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Data Governance, Compliance, or related experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Risk, Management, Law, Business, or related
DCAM DAMA-DMBOK
9+ years experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Data Governance, Compliance, or related experience
Skills: GRC Platform, Policy Development, Data Controls, Metrics Reporting, Risk Consulting
